Jamie Atkinson, Chief | 3-28-30
Jamie has been a member of Community Ambulance Co., Inc. since 1999. Initially, Jamie was a member of the Youth Squad and confirmed his commitment to the community and continued as a Regular member. He has risen up through the ranks to become one of our youngest Chiefs; he is presently serving his second term. As Chief of the department, Jamie oversees all of the operations within the company. Because of Jamie’s commitment to the company, our interagency partnerships with the surrounding agencies, Long Island MacArthur Airport Fire Rescue, and the Islip Volunteer Ambulance Companies have never been stronger. Jamie is a lifelong resident of the Sayville area. |

Chris Gonzales, 1st Assistant Chief | 3-28-31
Chris joined Community Ambulance Co., Inc. in 2004. He was awarded “Member of the Year” in 2006 by his fellow volunteers. Chris’ passion for EMS has driven him to earn a Paramedic certification. Despite a demanding full time work schedule, Chris still managed to accomplish handling the highest number of emergency alarms for the company during 2010. As 3-28-31, his scope of responsibilities at Community Ambulance Co., Inc. includes overseeing volunteer personnel and ALS matters, to name a few. Chris, also, is a lifelong resident of the Sayville area. |

Eric Farrell, 2nd Assistant Chief | 3-28-32
Eric began volunteering for Community Ambulance Co., Inc. in 2003. He has illustrated his selfless and dedicated service to the community by being one of the top 10 responders each year. Communication technology is second nature to Eric, enabling the ambulance company to have the latest technology in radio communications. Some of Eric’s responsibilities as 3-28-32 include administration of vehicle maintenance and driver training. Eric currently resides in the Sayville area. |
